End of Upward Bound 2010

There have been some things i have liked and not liked about blogging. Some things i have liked is that we get to write whatever we feel like writing about everyday. We can express our feelings and personalize our blogs to being all about us. Some things i did not like were that some days i could not think of a single thing to write about. Another thing i did not like was that when i was in the mood for writing in the blogs, i never fully got enough to time to write what i wanted to share.

After Upward Bound is over i plan on doing one thing the most, and that is sleeping! Other than sleeping i am going to be going on the trip to Boston. I want be able to hangout with my friends, go shopping at the mall, and go to Grand Haven as much as i possibly can. I plan on going back to school shopping with my girl friends. I am also planning on getting a job, so once i get back from Boston i am going to be on the look out for what ever job i can get!

My Favorite Candy

My favorite candy of all time would have to be Spree's. They are sweet and sour. They have a crunch to the outershell but are chewy on the inside. Every color and flavor is good. Everytime i have come to upward this summer, i go to meijers and get a big bag of spree's. I get the spree's out of the bin so i can get as few or as many as i want! Eveytime i run out, i make sure to go stock up on more.

My weekend

My weekend had its ups and downs. I had a bad day and two good days. I went to my bestfriend erica's open house which was fun and had a lot of good food. I went to my other friend alycias birthday party, and had the time of my life! I didnt get as much sleep as i would of wanted, but i never do so it is nothing new.

The Anticipation

The anticipation to go home, and get this summer program over and done with is growing higher and higher everyday! Not only do i want to go home, to be able to spend my summer freely and do with it what i please. I cannot wait for Boston. I'm hoping it is as much, or more fun than San Francisco was. It might be hard to top that trip, but i guess i will just have to wait and see what happens!

Where do the days go..

Summer is passing by a lot faster then i though it would be. The days seem to be getting hotter, and longer; But still the weeks are going by faster than ever. It is difficult to think that sooner than ever it will be my junior, than senior year of high school. That everything is coming to a end. That my four years of high school had just flown by and me hardly even noticing or caring. I dont feel any different from freshman year. Though i know i look different, the way i act may be different, the people who i hangout with have changed; everything has pretty much changed but i feel like i am still the same person. I'm hoping that just means i have found myself and that the changes i have made in my life whether bad or good, have molded me into what i am today. I know everything in life has its purpose's or reasons that you have to take everyting in stride and keep looking forward. Even though i know it will be sad to end my high school career, it is all for the better

4th of July weekend

I can not wait for this weekend to start! I'm hoping it is a fun filled, long weekend. I'm not sure of what i might be doing, i might be going camping with some friends up north. Or i may just stay home and be with my family.

One thing that i know is not going to be good, is that my best friend Estie, is going to Chicago for the whole weekend. So i wont get to see her at all! Estie and I are usually inseparable! You would think since that we share a dorm room here at GVSU, that we would be sick of each other and would not want to hangout over the weekends. Even though she wont be with me this weekend, i know were going to know exactly what each other is doing since whenever we are not with each other, we are consistently texting that person.

I hope this weekend hope this weekends weather is really nice. I want to go swimming and get a tan. Maybe even go to the beach with some friends i have not seen in a while since i am in upward bound. I'm sure i will make the best of my weekend!

Days passing bye

This summer started off very slow. It seemed like it would never end. Now, tomorrow will be mid-terms. I am just very excited to get this summer program over with. That way we can go to Boston, and then have the rest of the summer to do what ever i want. A big plus will be that i can sleep in till when ever i want. Now it seems like the days are going by faster than normal. That every passing day seems to be just flying bye! Once the program is over i hope the days go by a lot slower, that way i can enjoy my summer and have it feel longer.
